News:
March 1, 2006, I started working at Bayer doing Engineering Software Support.  I learned a lot about computers, people, God, and industry.

February 14, 2007, I moved over to National Oilwell Varco doing structural design & drafting and use a program called NX or Unigraphics.  I like this much more than the computer work I had been doing at Bayer.  I certainly miss the people at Bayer though.  Sincerely good people, and people that I could understand and relate to.

November 2007, I bought a house.  Woo Hoo!  For those that have talked to me in the past... 4 years... you know I've been wanting to fix up a house.  I am under the illusion that I am making enough money to do this at the moment.  :o)  The house is the reason I finally got around to getting this website in a state that I can update it.

Chances are this will be updated fairly frequently with pictures of the house, progress, and any other news that may come my way.

And... that's about it for now :-)

News:
Since the last update (a long time ago) a lot has happened. (this is still the same)
     I have a job!!!  :-)
I work in Baytown at Bayer Corporation.  I am actually a contract worker working for Belcan Technology Services.
And... what I actually do... is to provide technical support for SmartSketch, a computer drafting program.  This week (tomorrow) I will be giving a four hour class on it.

Other than work, I went up to The Dalles, Oregon, to pick up a 1962 VW Bus.  Heck Yeah :-)  It's quite a bit of work (putting in a new transmission at the moment) but it's fun :-)

And... I had my first date in over a year not too long ago.  With a girl named Remy.  She's cool :-)

And......... recently I've been hanging out with Joanna and Kristine a bit.
Amanda and Jessica came down to visit me :-) (from College Station)
And.... then they came down again!

I went up to College Station for Eric's 21st Birthday Party.  Highlighters... black lights... white T-shirts...  WILD

And... that's about it for now :-)

News:
Since the last update (a long time ago) a lot has happened.
Went up to Pittsburgh for Christmas
Got a lead on a potenital job in Baytown (by Houston) doing computer aided drafting.
Moved out of my house in College Station. (miss the roommates)
Learned how to drive a motorcycle and borrowed Mark's so I can have a vehicle get around in for a while.

Plans:
Get a job doing computer aided drafting as soon as possible.
If that falls through and I get paid from my previous job, I'll get a VW bus and move up to Pittsburgh. (maybe)

Hang out a lot back home with my parents and little sister, Julie.
Move up to Pittsburgh around the end of January... or the end of February.

Life... has changed

I work a lot.  I now work for Compass Moving and Storage.  I drive trucks and pack and load and unload and all that sort of stuff.  This is for people moving across town or across the country.

Often I will be gone for a week at a time.  California, Kansas, West Virginia, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, etc.

I've enjoyed being at home with my roommates too :-)  We had a wild party last night.  If you click on the jumping super hero, you will find some pictures.

I am thinking about moving up to Pittsburgh and getting my real estate license, working with that for a year or so, then start fixing up old houses.  We'll see what happens.

Life... has changed

Summer Semester went O.K. - not great

After the summer, I decided to take a Semester off and work with Compass Moving and Storage.  The work is hard, pay's ok, and I enjoy it.  I get to travel a lot :-) and work with my friends.

Other than that... not much is new with me.

Wow... a month of "Landlord from Hell."
I suppose it is a good thing to be reminded that psychotic people are in this world, and often hide behind a false face.

Hm... this past month I've been working my butt off with school.  It's tough, but coming through.

Amanda's comming up this weekend.  Woo Hoo! :-)  Might go up to Austin to see Wide Awake in concert.  That'd be cool

Last weekend I went to Arizona working for a moving company.  That was fun, and hard work.  It pays well though.  I got to go with Art also, which was way cool.  And I got to drive a 37,000 lb truck.  Woo hoo!  it was quite a change from my Nissan or Dodge Neon.  Haha.

Today was an incredible day:
     I got 24 out of 25 on a test / quiz.
Called Eric for a bit :-) that's always nice.
I got to go biking with my friends.
Talked to my parent's for a bit. :-)
We all built some more awesome bike stuff.
I went to a party at my neighbor's house and actually danced :-o
After, we did more biking, and I took a shower and then called Amanda.
Had a fun conversation (as usual) :-)
And now I'm updating my web page.  Woo Hoo!

Life's happening.  I am feeling pretty good :-)

I'm studying hard this weekend for my math test on Tuesday and my thermo test on Thursday.

"For God so loved the world...."
                  Thanks God!

Well, after what seems like the worst week of my life, comes spring break where i shall hopefully learn math.

It's a beautiful day outside... i wish i could ride my bike.

I've been studying a lot for Thermo recently...  I think I can pull off a good grade on this test tomorrow.

I've also been spending more time with Jessica recently, studying mostly.  I like spending time with her a lot.

I put a hydraulic disc brake on the front of my bike now... I want to see how it works with new pads... right now it's no good.  (including the disc wheel, it was pretty cheap from my friend Jeff)

2/15/2005

Yesterday was a good day.  I woke up, went to class, made some lunch (didn't turn out well) but Jessica came over and I gave her something I made for her.  It was a nerdy picture of a J drawn on engineering paper.

Then I turned in my paper.  That went well.

I got to go biking for a while.  Had an awesome time.

And... this week will be very hectic.  I have a thermo test and lots of homework to boot!

2/6/2005

Been doing a little bit of biking of course!  Had fun with that :-)

Classes are going well :-)  nothing super exciting happening.

Looks like I might be going to Mardi Gras next weekend! :-) that'd be pretty awesome!

"Potential date" with Adriana didn't happen.  I tried two? times to do something... and gave up for the time being... I'm happy with the two wonderful girls I'm dating at the moment.

I was told that it wouldn't work out, dating two girls at the same time... but so far it's gone well.  I'm completely honest with both of them... well... I'm honest with everyone.

1/29/05
(Open Diary didn't work tonight... so it's here)

Living life... classes seem pretty good... other than that:

Went to a club / bar tonight - - awkward... but nice to hang out with Steven.  Being 20, there's not much I can do at a bar except stand and look awkward...

Jessica came over to Steven's tonight - that was nice.  There are times when we have a lot of fun together... and times when it's silent... like we're strangers that know everything about each other... I think too much (example: I kissed her cheek tonight, and then on the lips... but was that a look of worry... of distracted though... or what was it that I saw looking back at me?)

I might have a date with Adriana for lunch tomorrow... I don't know? I half have confidence... and half have none... doubting everything... She's a really cool girl... She has a really pretty smile.  I don't know her all that well.  I'd like to change that... see if sparks fly or not.

Erin's been spending the night over here fairly often... this worries me because I'm not ready for a serious relationship at the moment...

My guy friends are consistent :-) thanks guys!  Little to think about with ya'll, and a lot of fun.

That's all for tonight...

Happy Birthday Dad!!! (December 1)

Thanksgiving break was nice.  It was well needed, and though it was difficult to get back to studying, it was most certainly best to have it.  :-)

Finals are coming up soon, puts a bit of stress in my life, but I can take that out biking... well, sort of.  I am selling my bike  And hopefully buying one of these new bikes: New Bike 1 (favorite)  or New Bike 2 (awesome, but not quite so cool).

Happy Thanksgiving Break!!! :-)

It looks like I will be going home.  I shall get to see my parents and Julie.

I'm also going to get to see Dylan :-) and probably Valentina, Ashley, Aaron, Kristine, and probably not Vicky (she's never available anymore).

Turns out Jeff's a Friendswoodian.  I hadn't a clue he lived nearby.  Looks like we'll be doing some riding :-) - very exciting for me - - We bike together up here at A&M - - see "biking pictures"

Karen and Dante are happily together and all is going well :-)

I'm putting forth effort to get CS Custom Bikes up and running... put up about... 150 fliers so far... it's a slow start, but I am still convinced that once it gets going it will be great :-)

and... that's all I have to say about that.

News for the week:

Life:
I'm alive, healthy, and enjoying stuff.  My poor bike's still broken... Bike Barn is mailing me the part I need.  It should be here sometime soon I hope.

Erin is no longer interested in dating me because I told her I wasn't ready for a serious relationship and didn't want to date just one person.

Classes:
I got an 83 on my accounting test! :-) - I really hope that there's a curve at the end of the semester... I got a 57 on my second test (80 on my first) so this is going to be difficult to pull off a good grade... though I can do it :-)  Other classes are going pretty well.

News for the week:
Math test coming up soon - it'll go well as long as I put in the time I need to for it.
I fixed up a huffy I found around campus, and put on some of my bike parts, now it's one sweet ride! :-( I miss my bike!
I installed some lights in my room (they look cool) - chasing lights in my desk (if you go to www.insanedorms.com and check out the "insane!!!" section - then you can see some pictures of my dorm set-up.
Karen is currently dating _______.   Geez I hate forgetting names... 'specially 'cause I remembered it just a few minutes ago.  :-) but, I'm happy 'cause she's happy about it :-)

10-20-04-ish

Biking race last weekend.  I pulled off 3rd in my beginner class :-)  It made me really happy and was a whole lot of fun!  The trip lasted most of the weekend and was a blast! :-)

Last week I broke my digital camera, this week I broke my bike :-(  hehe, but it too should be under warranty.

I have some tests this week, with a lot of studying, they should go well :-)

Erin and I have been hanging out more now :-) We have a lot of fun together and currently we are getting to be more than 'just friends.' :-)

10/12/04-ish:

Last weekend, I went to my first bike race. It was a lot of fun, and extremely difficult at the same time. I ran into a tree, and 2 people... and came in 12th out of 30-40 people. (in the beginner class)

I started doing some more biking stuff lately, aside from that - like the "trial" type of stuff. I think I might even be improving :-) My shin is getting a few scars... so I should be improving.

My digital camera broke... so now I am getting it warranted.

I've started hanging out with some people. This makes me happy. Farheen, Erin, Jason and Lauren - 4 people I didn't know when the school year started, and now they are way cool :-) I am in serious need of getting over Jessica, and it is really starting to happen. I feel good about it. (I should be getting over her... since we broke up 10 months ago)

The weather's awesome :-) - makes me happy. My dorm windows have been open all day for the past couple days. There is a nice breeze blowing through at the moment. :-)

Tests: I've had 6 so far... I've gotten back 4 A's and 1 B. I am currently awaiting the grade of test #6. Very exciting for me :-)

All is going well here :-)

Some stuff that I forget... :-)
